| How to Make Kimchi ( fermented Korean dish made of vegetables) hurmm.. dah lama sy nk post cara2 bt kimchi nie, tp, takde mse nk edit, kimch yang saya bt nie, takdelah mengikut kaedah korea semata2. berdasarkan kamus wikipedia ...haaaa, korang boleh tgok kat sini Kimchi Korean: 김치 , also spelled gimchi, kimchee, or kim chee, is a traditional fermented Korean dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings.There are hundreds of varieties of kimchi made with a main vegetable ingredient such as napa cabbage, radish, scallion orcucumber.Kimchi is also a main ingredient for many Korean dishes such as kimchi stew (김치찌개; kimchi jjigae), kimchi soup (김칫국; kimchiguk), and kimchi fried rice (김치볶음밥; kimchi bokkeumbap). INGREDIENTS LAK:
Kimchi varieties are determined by the main vegetable ingredients and the mix of seasonings used to flavor the kimchi.Ingredients can be replaced or added depending on the type of kimchi being made. The most common seasonings include salt, scallions, spices, ginger, chopped radish, garlic, saeujeot (hangul: 새우젓, shrimp sauce), and aekjeot (hangul: 액젓, fish sauce).

korang boleyh gantikan sauce nie kepada Cencalok , saya da cuba buat, sedap, tapi baunya kuat sangat... sauce nie boleh dbeli d pasaraya2 berdekatan dgn rumah anda yerrr!!!
nie dia cara2 saya buat kimchi :D trylah.. best tao :D besarkan gambar yeppp klu tarak nampak tulisan :D
